Richard Pian

Artist Richard Pian hopes to draw the viewer of his art into his or her own new or different vision of the natural world.
Through painting, Pian aspires to suspend the images of the world around him in a new light. With his pallet of iridescent colors, Pian's artwork changes in the light that it is viewed in. These changes represent how the soul and the natural world also illuminate and change depending on the light that shines upon them.
Pian strives to make his art have a positive flow and a peaceful sentiment. Creating an airy style of dimension and image and a feeling of enchantment which inspires the viewer to have a new look at the world around them.

"Art does not reproduce the visible, rather it makes visible." - Paul Klee
