until the it is sold.

All Art Work is priced by each artist consigning his
or her property.

Art Work is generally not price negotiable. The price
listed is the price required by the artist for the
sale of his or her property. Exceptions apply for
independent sales through design firms.

Customers that express interest in Art Work available
on our web site are not obligated to buy just because
they requested more information.

5.
Customers have 30 Business days to return purchases.
After 30 Business days have Elapsed, BoxHeart makes
payments to the artists for their property and returns
are no longer accepted.

Customers can take advantage of any of our Special Services
by making a request.

All purchases made in Pennsylvania are subject to
7% sales tax.

Box Heart will share the cost of shipping with customers
making purchases that request this service. However,
Box Heart cannot be held responsible for the actions
of the customer's chosen shipping carrier while the
purchase is in transit. Should the purchase be lost or damaged, Box Heart will file a claim with the carrier on the behalf of the customer.
